Assistance in completing Certificate of Clinical Competence ABOUT US: Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologists to our staff in Webster City, IA and Eagle Grove for Skilled Nursing and Outpatient settings. Millennium Therapy is a patient focused, therapist owned, and therapist managed company that operates throughout Iowa providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. The local home office provides quick support to our associates. Our therapy teams succeed through patient tailored treatments, flexible scheduling, and effective communication to meet the individualized goals of each patient.

PAY: Negotiable - based on experience HOURS: 30-40 Hours/Week Flexible

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST QUALIFICATIONS: Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred. Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Utilizes effective time management skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST REQUIREMENTS: Speech Therapist provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload. Participates in the clinical team process. Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff. Involvement in clinical program development. Supervises other licensed speech therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more speech language pathologists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.
