Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

This role requires a seniorlevel professional who can operate in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, lead implementations, and manage multiple standalone applications through the full SDLC.
The individual will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with IT, Finance, Treasury, and Audit stakeholders. This role is handson and deliveryfocused, not just facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for Treasury, Audit, and Real Estate-related applications
Act as IT Product Owner for Treasury and Audit systems
Run projects using an Agile / Hybrid delivery approach
Lead implementation and ongoing management of:
CoStar (Real Estate accounting and maintenance)
Audit applications, including ACL module
Legal module implementations
Informatica IDMC integrations
Manage multiple standalone Oraclebased applications
Own project plans, sprint execution, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
Coordinate with system architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Oversee CI/CD processes and environments (including Jenkins)
Ensure alignment with Eaton IT processes and governance
Support production readiness, releases, and postimplementation stabilization
Required Skills & Experience
Seniorlevel experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in enterprise IT environments
Proven experience running application implementations end to end
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
Experience supporting Treasury, Audit, Finance, or Real Estate systems
Handson experience managing Oraclebased applications
Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD concepts
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in global programs with European stakeholders
