You will rotate through clinical and operational areas, developing leadership skills to prepare for a Director of Nursing role in skilled nursing and long-term care. The program provides mentorship, hands-on leadership exposure, and a capstone project, with opportunities to impact resident care, staff engagement, and quality outcomes within a supportive, growth-focused #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis
