As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive speech therapy services to clients, ensuring the highest quality of care. You will work independently, utilizing your skills to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to their overall plan of care.

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment and communication aids effectively
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in home care setting
• Valid Driver License required
• Master or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• MA Speech and Language Pathologist License required
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
