Physician - Anesthesiology

AnesthesiologistThis is a permanent position in the specialty of anesthesiology. The facility will expect various types of surgery to be performed, including cardiac, complex vascular, head, spine, neuro, obstetrics, and pediatric surgeries. The expected patient encounters per shift range from 2 to 5. Anesthesia skills required include general anesthesia, trauma management, spinal and epidural anesthesia, as well as regional anesthesia techniques. Experience in managing adult and pediatric cases is necessary. Additional surgical experience includes complex orthopedic and thoracic cases, with a focus on patient management and pain management techniques. Candidates will be responsible for procedures such as central line placement and arterial line placement. Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues will also be part of the role.
