Octapharma Plasma - 4470 South Noland Road - Responsibilities: Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g. FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP) to maintain the highest production standards and ensure facility compliance.; Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values and culture.; Maintains cleanliness of work area to ensure a clean and professional environment.; Reviews and confirms donor identification and maintains donor confidentiality per Standard Operating Procedures.; Sets up and prepares all equipment and disposable supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis procedure.
