UGC Content Strategist

Role Description The UGC Content Strategist is a full-time, on-site position based in Culver City, CA. You'll work directly with the founding team to build a scalable UGC content pipeline to help us grow a new consumer app. Every week you'll create, test, analyze, and iterate on content that directly impacts user growth. If you understand what makes content go viral, and want to learn how startups actually grow, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Develop creative briefs and content concepts for UGC creators. Research trends, viral formats, hooks, and competitors. Film, edit, and publish your own short-form content to test messaging and creative ideas. Review, approve, and provide feedback on creator submissions to ensure quality and brand consistency. Help manage day-to-day communication with our network of UGC creators. Assist with sourcing and onboarding new creators. Analyze content performance and turn insights into new creative tests. Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and creator best practices. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience creating TikTok's, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Strong intuition for what captures attention and goes viral. Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling hooks, scripts, and creative briefs. Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools. Has grown a social media account or built an online audience. Has worked at or built an early-stage startup.
