Responsibilities Model and coach the store for the ultimate customer experience across service, sales, merchandising, and operations. Lead the team to success by driving sales, building a strong team, and maintaining operational excellence. Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits. Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate team members. Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising. Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone. Qualifications 3+ years of store management experience with a passion for Levi Strauss & Co. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead a team effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Compensation Range: $64,700.00 – $107,900.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
