This role involves building inventory tracking systems from scratch, ensuring efficient material flow, and leading a team to support rapid product development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a strong ability to create structure and optimize processes in an evolving landscape. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead inbound receiving, verifying shipments, and managing documentation. Develop and implement inventory tracking for thousands of unique parts. Organize warehouse layout for efficient material staging and retrieval. Lead a team of material handlers and receiving specialists. Establish warehouse workflows and operational standards. Must-Have Skills: Experience managing inventory in high-mix, low-volume settings. Proven ability to build and improve warehouse processes. Proficiency with inventory tracking tools such as spreadsheets or barcode systems.
