Job Title: RN - Corrections
Location: Grafton, OH
Setting: Corrections
Pay Range: 31.32 - 32.89
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a RN 1 year of experience in a correctional setting Valid RN license Be willing to obtain Ohio licensure
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive RN-level care to incarcerated individuals, including assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Administer medications according to facility protocols, ensuring safety and proper documentation.
- Respond to emergencies with an understanding of correctional security protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions in compliance with facility standards.
- Follow all security procedures and collaborate with correctional staff to ensure a safe environment.
