Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and paid media channels
• Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics to track performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital strategies with business objectives
• Manage and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and paid advertising
• Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
