Platform Engineer (Combination of Release Engineer, Monitor Kibanna, Dynatrace, Apigee)
Strong experience with core AWS services:
- VPC
- EC2
- S3
- IAM
- Route 53
- Backups
- EKS
- SSO
- MSK
- Security Hub
- GuardDuty
- and related security/compliance tooling.
Advanced networking knowledge, including hands-on experience with AWS Transit Gateway (TGW) and Direct Connect - setup, troubleshooting, and hybrid connectivity.
Observability & Monitoring:
- Experience with Amazon CloudWatch
- Grafana
- Open Telemetry (OTEL)
- and proactive alerting and telemetry configuration.
Infrastructure as Code & Automation:
- Proficient in Terraform
- GitLab CI/CD
- and Shell scripting for end-to-end automation.
Container Orchestration:
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes (EKS)
- and Istio service mesh for traffic management, security, and observability.
Security & Patching:
- Experienced in patching and vulnerability remediation in cloud-native and containerized environments, aligned with best practices and compliance.
Programming & Scripting:
- Hands-on Python development experience for scripting, automation, and infrastructure tooling.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Work in fast-paced environments.
Minimum 7+ years of experience is required.
