With a focus on serving our clients, we thrive on collaboration to execute the world's most dynamic transactions.We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of office construction, tenant improvement (TI), and relocation projects across Eastdil Secured's U.S. portfolio. While also supporting projects that align with the advancement of the Facilities team.This role will partner closely with Director of Workplace Services, Facilities Managers, and Infrastructure Managers along with external project teams to manage the full lifecycle of office buildouts, from design coordination through construction delivery and occupancy. The Project Manager will focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with firm standards.Essential FunctionsLeads, manages, and supports strategic Facilities Projects focusing on office buildouts, tenant improvements, and renovations for the firm leveraging a "white glove" approachCoordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure successful project delivery from design through construction and occupancyReview and track construction drawings, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectivesSupport RFP processes, bid evaluations, and vendor selection for construction and related servicesMonitor construction progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget adherenceConduct site visits, punch walks, and final inspections to ensure quality and completion standards are metAssist in managing change orders, cost tracking, and project forecastingBuild and maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across the organization (e.g., Management, Human Resources, Finance, Risk & Vendor Management, Legal, Technology, etc.)Leverage a business development approach to help draft and inform strategic plans that optimize operations across our core functionsClearly communicate timelines, deliverables, goals and expectations with team members and stakeholdersFacilitate communication among project participants to expedite project process and resolve issues and problemsPrepare presentation items for meetings and share meeting notes.Document and promptly follow-up on any important decisions or action items made during meetings, then follow-up with any necessary parties who are assigned responsibilities to drive the project forwardMaintain confidentiality, work in a fast-paced environment, make informed decisions, and work independently and efficiently with accuracy in high pressure situationsEducation and QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred5+ years of construction-related project management preferredDirect experience with Waterfall methodologyExperience, Skills and Competencies RequiredPositive and professional attitude with the ability to self-motivateHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced understanding of the platforms, processes, and procedures deployed by the Eastdil Secured Facilities teamCommunicates clearly and concisely in written form. Produces status updates, escalation summaries, and stakeholder correspondence that are appropriately scoped and on time.Handle confidential information with diplomacy and discretionExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload, and multitask to meet deadlinesA self-starter with a high degree of energy and careful attention to detailStrong sense of initiative and a process-improvement mindsetTech-savvy and excellent computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams ), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, and other project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, ProCore, etc.Ability to develop presentations that convey critical information, contextualize decision points and drive alignmentUnderstand scheduling techniques, estimating, change management, risk management and progress reporting methodsThis role requires project-dependent travel, estimated at approximately 20-40% annually. Travel may vary based on project phase, meetings, and business priorities.
