Job Summary The Talent & HR Coordinator supports recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations across the organization. This role serves as the primary coordinator for recruiting activities and onboarding administration while assisting with HR compliance, employee records management, process improvement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a future HR Generalist role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Coordination Manage day-to-day recruiting coordination activities for open positions. Review resumes and assist with candidate screening. Coordinate interviews and candidate communication. Create and manage job postings and requisitions. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and records. Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with third-party recruiting vendors as needed. Onboarding & HR Administration Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires. Prepare onboarding documentation and employee files. Ensure completion of pre-employment and onboarding requirements. Maintain organized digital and physical employee records. Assist with scanning, uploading, and organizing HR documentation. Support I-9 compliance and audit preparation. HR Operations & Projects Assist with HR compliance and administrative projects. Support HR process improvement initiatives. Help maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Assist with additional HR duties and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within HR. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Process-oriented with strong follow-through. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of degree requirements. Experience working with ATS or HRIS platforms preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred. Work Environment / Schedule Current Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some scheduling flexibility. Environment: Office-based HR and administrative setting supporting operations and recruiting functions.
