Entrata's Homebody (Insurance) Csr III is a licensed service professional who provides advanced expertise in servicing and policy management. This role handles escalated customer requests that require licensure, including coverage changes, endorsements, renewals, and compliance-sensitive situations. Csr IIIs also act as a knowledge resource for Csr I and II team members and may support cross-selling and policy enhancements.

*This is a hybrid position based out of Lehi, UT.

Responsibilities:

• Process service requests that require a resident insurance producer license (endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, reinstatements)
• Manage escalated insurance verification cases requiring advanced policy knowledge or complex interpretation
• Act as an escalation point for Csr I and II on licensed or high-risk matters
• Partner with Sales Agents on cross-functional service needs requiring a license
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the service team
• Contribute to compliance initiatives and workflow improvement projects
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance policies in compliance with licensing requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (active)
• 3+ years of insurance customer service or related experience
• Demonstrated expertise in policy servicing and compliance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiple state licenses
• Prior experience in a high-volume insurance agency or carrier environment
• Experience training or mentoring peers
• Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms

$20.10 - $31.54 an hour This band covers the full base compensation range for this role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity. Level - S4
