Senior HR Generalist

Job Description Our client in NJ is hiring an experienced HR professional responsible for managing core HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits and 401(k) management, performance management, and HR compliance. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers while ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Key areas of focus include payroll processing, benefits administration, retirement plan management, recruiting and onboarding, employee engagement, HR policy development, performance reviews, HR reporting/metrics, and HRIS administration. You will support a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintains accurate employee records while ensuring SOX and regulatory compliance.
