Key Responsibilities Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost‑benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, MIS, finance, accounting, or business. 2–4 years relevant experience with Zuora Revenue and Quote‑to‑Revenue process. Enterprise level experience within a professional services organization in ERP, billing, and revenue accounting systems. Demonstrated leadership in business discussions and solution architecture. Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis and systems design. Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces, and reports. Experience in gap analysis and blueprint development. Experience in system design using configuration/customization, integration, testing, and support. Experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions through the entire SDLC. Strong communication skills at business and technical levels. Experience with accounting and finance teams. Ability to travel up to 40–60%. Ideal Additional Experience Implementing billing solutions for B2B and B2C companies. Consulting experience. Zuora Billing experience.
