Polished, service-driven Servers to join the food and beverage team at a premier indoor pickleball facility. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in an energetic, upscale environment and are passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience. Servers are responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable and personalized service to members and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects high standards. This position blends traditional restaurant service with a private club atmosphere, requiring professionalism, efficiency and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements 
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk and carry trays for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in upscale dining, private clubs or hospitality venues.
• Knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square or similar).
• Interest in sports, particularly pickleball or racquet sports.
• Food handler and/or alcohol service certification (as required by state/local laws).

• Provides attentive, friendly and professional service to all members and guests.
• Takes food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Delivers food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients and daily specials.
• Makes recommendations and upsell food, beverages and specials when appropriate.
• Processes payments and handles transactions accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas and dining spaces.
• Collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Anticipates guest needs and responds proactively to ensure satisfaction.
• Handles guest concerns with professionalism and escalates when necessary.
• Assists with opening and closing duties, including side work and station setup.
• Supports club events, leagues and special functions as needed.
• Upholds all health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Contributes to a positive team environment and uphold brand standards.
