Overview

Our organization is seeking a Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to become part of a distinguished Women's Health Care Center located in Raleigh, NC. Join a dedicated team that emphasizes a collaborative approach to patient care, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and meaningful.

The clinical team comprises 9 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner, and has been committed to serving women in the Raleigh Metro area for over 80 years. All deliveries and gynecological surgeries are conducted at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh (UNC Rex), a premier facility featuring a Level 4 NICU, specialized women's health physicians, and the da Vinci robotic system for advanced gynecological surgical procedures. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a physician eager to join a reputable group in a thriving region and a top-tier hospital system, focusing on Labor & Delivery.

• Provide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic inpatient services.
• Perform emergency gynecological surgical procedures as necessary.
• Hospital shifts will take place at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh, which boasts a Level 4 NICU, specialized women's health physicians, and the da Vinci robotic system for significant surgical interventions.
• Full-time role requiring 2-3 shifts of 14 hours each per week, including one weekend of call per month.
• Part-time opportunities available with some flexibility in scheduling.
• Expect to handle approximately 20-25 deliveries monthly.
• Call responsibilities are shared with another practice.
• Attractive compensation package along with group malpractice coverage.

• Sign-on bonus of $30K and a retention bonus of $30K for full-time positions.
