Job Type: Full-Time

Location: St. Paul, MN

Salary: $29 - $32/hr (based on experience)

Schedule/Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday 6:30/7 a.m. – 3/3:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

-          Fabricate and assemble truck components and hydraulic systems

-          Install truck accessories and components

-          Perform MIG welding in all positions, including overhead

-          Create custom fabrication using plasma cutter, frame drill, Ironworker, Huck machine and oxyacetylene torch

-          12V wiring and attaching after-market and auxiliary equipment

Qualifications & Skills:

-          2+ years of MIG and overhead welding experience; truck/fleet upfitting experience preferred

-          Strong mechanical skills

-          Desire and aptitude for custom projects, not repetitive manufacturing

-          Ability to work independently and take initiative

-          A constructive team player with a positive attitude

-          Detail-oriented and focused on quality workmanship

-          Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

-          Reliable, responsible and takes ownership

-          Own hand tools, including a socket set

-          Candidates must be able to pass welding test

Required Physical Demands:

-          Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds

-          Ability to stand for long periods of time

-          Occasionally required to work in awkward stances and positions
