Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Sandy Springs, GA Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Thursday Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with Fridays, evenings, and weekends free. Compensation: Compensation Structure: $55/hour or 32% of Net Production, whichever is greater. Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $114,400/year based on a full-time schedule. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care. Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and preventive hygiene procedures. Diagnose and treat periodontal disease in collaboration with the doctor. Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings. Take and interpret digital dental radiographs. Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care. Maintain OSHA and infection control standards while supporting an efficient clinical workflow. Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience treating periodontal disease, including Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) preferred. Comfortable working within a double-column hygiene schedule.
