Job Description Job Description CDR ProSource is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in a galvanizing shop in Citronelle, AL. This position is ideal for a reliable, hands-on individual who can support production processes and work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining safety and quality standards. Job Details Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Citronelle Pay Rate: $18 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Key Responsibilities Operate forklift safely and efficiently within a galvanizing shop environment Move, load, and unload materials and heavy metal parts throughout the facility Support production processes by transporting materials as needed Assist with staging and organizing inventory and production materials Follow all safety procedures and industrial safety standards at all times Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Must be 18 years or older Previous forklift experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed Reliable transportation required Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to work in different industrial conditions Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Galvanizing experience is a plus
