Production ManagerWe're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for complex projects in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved.Develop and execute production schedules, staffing plans, and project strategies.Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.Monitor key operational KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.Coach, mentor, and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.Oversee manufacturing processes, production planning, risk assessments, and continuous process improvements.Support estimating, design-for-manufacturability reviews, and production planning for new projects.Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Proven ability to drive operational performance through safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style.Experience managing production teams, operational metrics, and employee development.Proficient with Microsoft Office.This is a full-time, onsite position in Aurora, CO offering a salary of $95,000–$140,000, plus an annual incentive program of up to 10% based on company and individual performance.
