Job Type: Regular Work Location: Walmart 1239 - Urbana, OH 43078 Overview Full‑time Retail Sales position at Walmart with immediate hire. Sell NRG electricity and gas services to customers in a retail environment. Offer first sale bonus and paid training. Responsibilities Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas. Help customers lower their energy costs. Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections. Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees. Welcome customers and offer solutions politely. Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain a clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable work station. Submit all paperwork accurately and on time. Adhere to attendance and compliance requirements. No door‑to‑door selling, cold calling, or telemarketing. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
