Role description Job Title : Paid Media Strategist Location : Edison, NJ (Remote) Job Description: What You'll Do
- As a Paid Media Strategist at LTM Interactive you will lead the development and execution of datadriven audiencefocused media strategies across programmatic search social and emerging digital channels You will collaborate with global teams to manage multimilliondollar budgets optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients You will also play a key role in transitioning and scaling inhouse media operations standardizing workflows and driving personalization at scale through advanced analytics and marketing technologies
- Delivered improvements in campaign efficiency ROI and engagement through strategic media planning and optimization
- Successfully transitioned media operations from agencies to inhouse teams managing global execution across regions
- Enabled personalization at scale using platforms like The Trade Desk DV360 SA360 etc
- Established scalable frameworks and reporting systems using tools such as Qlik Sense SFMC Datorama or Google Analytics
- Consistently exceeded client KPIs and contributed to longterm digital marketing transformation initiatives
- 5-7 years of experience in digital media strategy programmatic advertising and audience targeting
- Deep expertise in DMPs CDPs Clean Rooms DSPs and crosschannel media platforms
- Proven leadership in managing global teams and multimilliondollar media budgets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling campaign measurement and optimization
- Certifications in Google Facebook or Microsoft digital marketing platforms
- Educational background in Marketing Innovation and Design Thinking from recognized institutions
