Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create personalized treatment strategies
• Administer physical therapy tailored to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehab professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and home exercise regimens

Education

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
