• Rotate between two offices: main Chandler location and a satellite in Casa Grande

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and managing cardiovascular disease
• Expect 30–35 patients on clinic days

Compensation

• $450K–$520K base salary
• Productivity bonus
• $25K sign-on bonus
• Up to $10K relocation assistance

Shift & Schedule xihmbke

• Mon–Fri, 8a–5p
• Light 1:4 shared call
• Straight days, Monday–Friday
• 1:4 call, shared with the practice
• No invasive cath-lab call pulling you in overnight
• Dedicated clinic and procedure days

Requirements

• BC/BE in Cardiology
• Active Arizona license, or willing to obtain
• New graduates are genuinely welcome
• Open to visa sponsorship
