Marketing Manager

Description

We are seeking a data-driven, highly technical Technical Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution. This individual will own the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem, drive rapid growth, and build scalable systems that accelerate pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can code, architect solutions, analyze performance, and lead a team to execute at a high level. Hands on experience with AMP script and SQL.

• Ownership mentality with a proven track record of building processes from scratch and delivering measurable revenue growth.

• Experience implementing revenue attribution models and marketing technology integrations across Salesforce, CRM, ad platforms, and BI tools.

• Strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience including A/B testing and landing page experimentation.

• Experience managing marketing technology vendors and agency partners.

• Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills with a bias for action.

• Architect, build, and deploy advanced customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

• Develop AMPscript and SQL-based personalization and segmentation strategies.

• Own marketing tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and a rigorous UTM framework.

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition programs across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• Build, maintain, and optimize landing pages and website experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Conduct technical SEO audits including indexing, site speed, schema markup, internationalization, and hreflang implementation.

• Lead marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting initiatives.

• Manage and mentor junior team members and external partners.

• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization programs.

This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, VA.

The pay range for this position is $80.43 - $80.43/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Herndon,VA.
