What You'll Do Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with the team; be flexible to the needs of the business and work in other areas. Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise and resolving member issues and concerns. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
