A Family Medicine Physician opportunity is available at a rural health clinic in southern California. This hospital-employed position offers a competitive salary and a Monday through Friday schedule with significant autonomy. Responsibilities
- Provide 6 hours of patient care each day
- See 14 to 16 patients on average
- Manage complex cases with multiple chronic diseases
Compensation
- Salary range: $265,000 - $295,000
- Extremely competitive salary
- $15K in relocation reimbursement
- Sign-on bonus
- $25K sign-on bonus
- NHSC loan repayment
- Malpractice coverage

- 3 months of temporary housing
- $3,000 and 5 days for CME
Shift & Schedule
- Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Lots of autonomy on how you run the day
- 6 hours of patient care each day
Requirements
- Current CA license
