We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Ansible Developer to develop and enhance internal automation tools supporting Production Support teams. The ideal candidate will combine Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), GitHub Actions, Ansible, Python, and infrastructure automation to improve email handling and server/container operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation tools for email triage and management using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for server and container configuration management
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and LLM capabilities into production support workflows
• Develop scalable and reliable automation solutions for infrastructure operations
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and reliability
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for developed tools and automation frameworks
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Improve existing automation processes and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation
• Experience developing LLM-integrated applications using technologies such as GPT or BERT
• Strong Ansible automation experience for Linux and Windows servers and containers
• Proficiency in Python, YAML, and shell scripting
• Experience with email parsing and processing technologies such as MIME and SMTP APIs
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Strong understanding of software development and automation best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with internal infrastructure and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of production support, incident management, and problem management
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
