About Our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2008 after building a 35-year career with State Farm, beginning in 1990. Today, our team includes eight talented team members who help us maintain a strong reputation for customer service and community commitment. I attended MSU, and I'm married with two kids; when I'm not in the office, I love to travel and explore new places with my family. Role Description:

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Blumer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
