As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a polished, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a high-visibility Front Desk / Operations Support role.

This is far more than a traditional receptionist position — the right person will become an important part of our daily operations and have a real opportunity for long-term career growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, architects, builders, vendors, and visitors

Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and confidence

Assist with shipping coordination, freight paperwork, and order tracking

Support production scheduling and internal job coordination

Help the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and project support

Maintain organized project files and internal communication

Keep the front office organized, polished, and operating efficiently

Work closely with multiple departments across the company
