Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and team members. Collaborate with property management to achieve leasing goals. Qualifications Apartment leasing experience required. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people. Proficiency with social media and basic computer skills (Excel and Word). Weekend availability required.
