The Lodge at Whitefish Lake , one of Montana's AAAFour Diamond resorts, is seeking Banquet Housepersons to work withour food and beverage team. $18 Hourly.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
As a Banquet Houseperson, you're responsible primarily for assisting inserving, setting up, and cleanup of all banquet functions. This is a fast-pacedposition that will involve constant customer interaction.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds, requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift.
• Ability to follow directions from banquet event orders.
• Must be able to work a flexible shift of mornings or evenings along with weekends and holidays.
• Assist Banquet Servers.
• Responsible for setting up, serving, maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms.
• Ability to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift.
• Must be able to set up basic audio-visual equipment.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Reports needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Respond quickly to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely manner.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains supplies are neat and organized to department standards.
• Maintains security equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
• Ability to follow directions from banquet set pull sheets.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions.Employees may be required to perform other and additional duties assigned bytheir supervisor.
