FWSP Student Clerical - AESS

Position Overview This is a Federal Work Study Program (FWSP) student clerical position in the Adult Education and Safety Sciences (AESS) department. The student will perform computer and customer service-related duties in an office setting. Hours per Week 20‑25 hours per week, maximum, during fall and spring semesters. Duties The responsibilities include: Typing and filing documents Answering telephones and providing customer service Scheduling appointments Using Microsoft Office applications Eligibility Students must meet the following enrollment criteria: All student employees must be enrolled at least half‑time for fall and spring semesters (5 credit hours for graduates, 6 for undergraduates). International students must be enrolled full‑time (9 credit hours for graduates, 12 for undergraduates). Undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours and graduate students in a minimum of 5 credit hours to work in FWSP positions.
