Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Service Desk Technician.Summary:In this role, the hybrid Service Desk/Device Mgmt Technician provides troubleshooting assistance to employees, various day-to-day tasks associated with the IT department, and other specially assigned tasks as needed. A proficiency in Microsoft Office products is needed, along with familiarity with the Microsoft Windows Server environment. Additional third-party products are used and must be learned by the Service Desk Technician as needed. Responsibilities:
- Handles administrate tasks as needed (New Customer set-up, Knowledge Base creation and management)
- Inventory/Asset Management
- Assist end users with use of technology
- Support end users with all hardware and software
- Active Directory: Perform tasks related to provisioning and deactivation of network user accounts
- Engage with other IT departments for process and systems Go-Live events
- Printer Support
- Microsoft O365 Suite
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Apple/iPhone
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
