We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team serving the Ocala and The Villages market. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping coordinate care for patients and families, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do Schedule and assign caregivers/nurses based on patient needs, staff availability and agency requirements. Communicate schedule confirmations and changes promptly to staff and patients. Monitor productivity, cancellations and shift coverage to ensure efficiency. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families and field staff.

What We're Looking For At least one year of home health scheduling or coordination experience preferred. Medical office, healthcare administration, intake, or referral coordination experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn electronic medical record systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical and administrative teams. Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to working with patients and families. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
