About Us

G’s Tasty Pizza is a fast-paced and community-focused restaurant located in Mid-City New Orleans. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Delivery Drivers who can provide excellent customer service while supporting restaurant operations during shifts.

This is more than just a driving position — we value team members who are willing to assist the restaurant when needed and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position

Delivery Driver (Part-Time / Full-Time Available)

Shift Availability

Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Flexible scheduling may be available based on operational needs.

Compensation

Starting pay: $13-$14/hour
Average earnings with tips: approximately $18/hour-$25/hour

Responsibilities

Deliver customer orders safely, efficiently, and professionally
Provide friendly customer service during deliveries
Support dishwashing duties during slower periods
Assist with general restaurant support tasks when needed
Water outdoor plants Monday through Thursday
Morning shift drivers may assist with leaf blowing/sidewalk cleaning and must plug in equipment batteries after use
Follow Front House team guidance for POS ticket handling
Check propane heater tanks daily and replace tanks when needed
Assist with urgent store supply pickups during rush periods
Return all receipts for approved purchases
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout the shift
Limit personal phone usage during work hours
Follow apron and sanitation policies

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and carry restaurant supplies/orders when needed
Dependable attendance and punctuality

Scheduling Expectations

Time-off requests should be submitted at least one week in advance
Once schedules are posted, team members are expected to follow their assigned shifts unless there is an emergency

Preferred Qualifications

Previous delivery driving or restaurant experience preferred
Familiarity with New Orleans area is a plus
Experience using POS systems is helpful but not required
