Senior Clinical Database Programmer

Clinical Study Database SpecialistDesign, build, and configure clinical study databases in EDC/CDM platforms. Ensure systems meet client needs, follow GCDMP, support accurate data capture, workflows, edit checks, and integrations.Key Responsibilities:Lead Study Build / Database Configuration in EDC systemsConfigure Edit Checks, Workflows, ValidationsGather & translate client requirements into solutionsCreate Specifications / Test Cases / UAT SupportSupport integrations & data transfers with vendorsDeliver client workshops (remote/on-site)Manage timelines, budgets & project deliverablesResolve implementation / configuration issuesProvide status reports to stakeholdersMentor junior team members / train new hiresDrive process improvements & best practicesEnsure SOP / compliance adherenceRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of Clinical Trial ProcessesHands-on experience with Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, OpenClinicaStudy database build & configuration expertiseUnderstanding of CDISC / Data Standards / Data ManagementUAT, QC Testing, Functional DocumentationIntegrations / Data Migration knowledgeStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsExcellent communication & stakeholder managementTeam leadership / mentoring experience
