Technician - Test - Level 2 - (Swing shift)

In this role, you will impact the quality and performance of aerospace systems by executing precise test procedures, identifying issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement effective solutions. Your work will help maintain Honeywell’s reputation as a leader in aerospace innovation and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform detailed testing and validation of aerospace systems and components according to established procedures.

• Document test results accurately and report any discrepancies or issues to engineering teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the testing process.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The hourly salary range for this position is $28.19/hr. to $35.22/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

​ Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace or related technical testing roles.

• Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and aerospace system components.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures to ensure accurate execution.

• Experience with data acquisition systems and ability to analyze test data to identify anomalies or failures.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards applicable to aerospace testing environments.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Aerospace, or related field.

• Experience with automated test systems and software tools used in aerospace testing.

• Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality test outcomes.
