Licensing Requirement

This position requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to your start date.

If you are actively pursuing licensing, we provide comprehensive support, study resources, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process to help you become fully licensed before joining our team.

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional service and consultative sales

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up

• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized insurance solutions

• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

• Cross-sell multiple product lines to strengthen customer protection and grow agency revenue

• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust, loyalty, and referrals

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency and insurance regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or actively working toward obtaining both before your start date)

• Proven success in insurance sales, account management, or business development

• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to win

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
