Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field required Advanced certifications in supply chain, operations, or project management are a plus Experience Requirements 5-8+ years of experience in business operations, SIOP/S&OP, supply chain, production planning, program management, or operational leadership Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical device, or other technology-driven industries preferred Strong knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain management Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and business intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Kinaxis, o9, or similar platforms Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business decisions Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Job Duties Lead and continuously improve the company's Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process Coordinate cross-functional planning and business review meetings Align Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams on priorities and execution plans Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting tools Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity plans, and operational performance Identify business risks, operational constraints, and improvement opportunities Drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives Support strategic planning and business performance reviews Partner with leadership teams to align operational and financial objectives Improve reporting capabilities, automation, and planning processes Lead cross-functional projects involving systems, process improvements, and organizational change Ensure action items, milestones, and project deliverables are documented and executed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
