Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality plastic components and assemblies using CAD and SolidWorks. Ensure that all designs meet the highest of quality, functionality, and manufacturability. Serve as the primary point of contact for project management, coordinating and leading cross‑functional teams. Communicate project objectives, milestones, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred. Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks software. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
