Location Recruiter

As a Location Recruiter for caregiving roles at Addus, you will source, screen, and hire compassionate caregivers supporting in-home care for seniors and individuals with chronic conditions. Partnering with local leaders, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, attending job fairs, conducting interviews, coordinating background checks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and state regulations. You will build talent pipelines, track metrics, and support onboarding so new caregivers are ready to deliver safe, high-quality, mission-driven care aligned with Addus’ values of compassion, respect, and integrity.
