Job Duties Under general supervision, serve as a member of Global Business Services, supporting the administration, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Halliburton's global time and attendance processes. The incumbent is knowledgeable on global timekeeping practices, including labor law considerations, overtime rules, leave administration, and time-related payroll impacts across a multinational environment. Responsible for leading the Workforce Software (WFS) testing activities, including process analysis, test execution, issue resolution, and validation of time and attendance functionality. Responsible for complex projects and required to produce proper supporting documentation related to timekeeping processes, audits, compliance reviews, and payroll-impacting activities. Responsible for providing post-go-live support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and continuous improvement for WFS. Provides training and support to end users, ensuring proper utilization of the WFS time and attendance system, processes, and policies. Provides support and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert on complex queries and issues to provide resolution to the team and stakeholders. Actively looks to streamline process to drive standardization and efficiency of resources utilized.

Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience required. A Bachelors Degree is preferred. Experience in SAP or ADP/WFS integrations and enterprise payroll environments This is a senior level individual contributor role. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Senior Payroll Specialist, or Lead Payroll Specialist.
