Responsibilities:

• Improving observability and monitoring across all network systems
• Driving automation to reduce manual work and speed up fixes
• Strengthening incident management and root cause analysis
• Ensuring smooth rollout of new network changes and services
• Working closely with engineering teams to maintain operational stability
• Leading improvements in processes, tools, and operating models

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 15+ years’ experience in networking / infrastructure operations
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change - Proven expertise 
• Strong background in large enterprise or carrier-grade networks
• Experience with LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and network security
• Familiar with cloud networking environments
• Strong skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Experience with ITIL / IT service management processes
• Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible)

Salary:

• 200k + 50% bonus
