Clean Room Operator - No Experience Needed! We're hiring Clean Room Operators to join a growing production team. No prior experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and can follow detailed procedures. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met Record production and quality data accurately Report and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Requirements Willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends Able to stand for 12-hour shifts Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
