The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions. Flexibility in scheduling is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases per week Perform therapy interventions based on patient needs and assessment Utilize productivity tools to achieve the expected visits per day (10-15) Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using NextGen EHR Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Active and valid Physical Therapist license Schedule This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, primarily days (5x8) with the option of 4x10s for suitable candidates. Pay Package Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
