Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of QA/Test Automation experience with strong Python scripting.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using pytest, unittest or Robot Framework .
• Test genomics, sequencing and life-sciences software applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and genomic data-validation testing.
• Validate sequencing data, variant outputs and sample-to-result traceability.
• Test LIMS integrations, sample tracking and laboratory workflows.
• Collaborate with wet-lab/dry-lab teams to create real-world test scenarios.
• Identify defects and support root-cause analysis with engineering/product teams.
• Integrate automated testing with CI/CD and improve test frameworks.
• Knowledge of NGS, LIMS, bioinformatics and life-sciences compliance is highly valuable.
